Many artists depend on project funding to realize their performances, concerts, pieces, works of art... This funding is vital for all these independent artists. In the proposed cut backs in the cultural sector by the Flemish Government, this project funding budget would be cut by 60%. This is the first movement of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata with just 40% of the notes.
